Unlike Captain Cook's HMS Endeavor, 106ft and 107 souls, S/Y Vaimiti sails with just 12 adventurers in her 130ft. Displacing 152 tonnes (400t) and carrying 1252m (897m) of sail downwind we trust she will carry us safely and speedily across the waters.

We hope to be as successful at avoiding scurvy (2 cases) but will not be visiting Hawaii thus avoiding Captain Cook's fate, for that matter we hope conditions on board do not lead to a certain fate visited upon a certain Captain Bligh either as parents.
